Questions we get most often
Can I move data from spreadsheets?
Yes. Students can be imported from files and the timetable can be loaded from a spreadsheet. At the start we will look at your situation.
How long does launch take?
Our first school launched in a month without stopping work: it closed the previous period in parallel. We will agree a precise plan for your place at the start.
Does Spoudi fit a school, not only after-school clubs?
Yes. Schools get a gradebook and homework, while centers and studios get subscriptions and a request funnel.
Does it accept online payments?
Yes. Parents pay by link or from the portal through Monobank, WayForPay or LiqPay. Each place connects its own account, so money goes straight to it. We set this up on request.
Is there a mobile app?
There is a PWA: the CRM and the parent portal install on a phone home screen and send notifications. There are no App Store or Google Play apps. On iOS notifications work after installing to the home screen.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first 14 days are free so you can test the system on your own scenarios.
How much does it cost?
There are three plans: Lite, Pro and Enterprise. See the Pricing section, and for networks we quote individually.
Can I trust the payroll calculation?
Pay is calculated from held lessons by your rules, and the payslip is visible before payout. At the school that runs on the system every day, payroll added up to the cent.
How is children's and parents' data protected?
Access is separated by role and branch, changes are logged, and there are parent consents and personal data export on request.
Which languages does the interface support?
Ukrainian and English.
